The network for your event can be made accessible on your own subdomain, for instance http://network.yourevent.com/. Or you can use the default http://yourevent.confnetwork.com/.
If you have a 500 plan, you can have up to 500 members in your network. You can invite as many people as you like, but only the first 500 people who accept you invitation get access.
If you organize several events or use ConfNetwork for a club or group, the ongoing plan is the best option. An extra advantage is that you share the number of total members between the networks. So if the same person is a member of several networks within your plan, he/she will only be counted once.
You can upgrade your ConfNetwork plan anytime you want. ConfNetwork shows exactly how many people have accepted your invitation to join your network, so you won't have to guess about the plan you need.
You can create a new edition of the same event, so attendees of the new edition can also network with attendees from previous editions.
The network closes, which means your attendees won't be able to use it anymore. You won't be able to add or invite new people, access report information, change text and images, sponsors and news items. You, and only you, can re-activate your network any time.
All attendees will keep their ConfNetwork account, so they can use it for other events within ConfNetwork they may attend.
You can re-open a closed network at any moment. All attendees will still be members of your network, and you'll have full access to all information, settings, reports, etc.
